A court in Madrid said that U.E.F.A can punish the three clubs Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juvetus three founder members of the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE..could be punished by U.E.F.A.
Now the European Super League filed a case against U.E.F.A , in the Madrid Commercial Court. Ad the judge Manuel Ruiz Del Lara , had the case transferred to the European Court of Justice,in Luxembourg.
And what may not be known here is that U.E.F.A planned to expel Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus fromthe champion league fr the year 2021/2022. And they were not included.
But the FEDERAL COURT of Switzerland The Supreme Court. Sent a notice to U.E.F.A and warned them that they can not expel the three clubs. Then Aleksandr Ceferin wrote letter to he5three clubs inviting them.
Now this years champion league will be held in Paris between Real Madrid and Liverpool..
Now legally speaking the owner of Liverpool has signed on the registration of the document approved by the court. Both are part and parcel of the European Super League.
What a joke.U.E.F.A / Te verdict will come late in the year from the European court of Justice.. Will apply to all of Europe.
