WAS THE SPANISH LA LIGA RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO U.E.F.A AND FRENCH TAX DEPARTMENT?

 So was the Spanish La Liga correct in writing to the U.E.FA an the French tax department.? They were right to do so. Now P.S.G has made big losses in the past three years each year it was well over or ear two hundred million pounds. So just how on earth can they pay Neymar, Lionel Messi and now Kylian Mbappe over a million pounds a week?And they have a  huge squad of players as well.

 With the Covid 19 or the Chinese virus clubs have made big big losses., so how do they have big money to blow.
