CHELSEA ARE WORKING HARD TO SIGN JULE KOUNDE FROM SEVILLE.

 Now Chelsea are working really very hard to sign up the French defender Jules Kounde , from the Spanish Club Seville, in fact hey were both i talks well before te Chelsea club was sold by Roman Abramovich to Matt Bohely..

But he hitch here is that Seville re asking  real huge price of 70, seventy million pounds for Jules Kounde.

 And as Chelsea have lost three defenders , who had ran down their contracts., they want one urgently.
