CHELSEA WANT TO BUY FREE AGENT OUSMANE DEMBALE ,TO REPLACE ROMELULUKAKU.

 Now Chelsea want to sign Ousmane Dembale the French world cup winner., who has gone and run down his contract at Barcelona.. He is now wanted at Chelsea,as Thomas Tuchel was the manager of Borussia Dortmund , when Osmane Dembale was playing in Germany.

 But Ousmane   Dembale  has gone and made it clear that he wants regular playing  time at Chelsea.

 Chelsea are planning to send Romelu Lukaku o a loan deal with Inter Milan,he has agreed to have his weekly wages cut .

 But Chelsea want more then 8, eight million pounds a a loan fee, they want it doubled.

 And Inter Milan are selling two layers Denzil Dumfries  and Milan Skirnar.
