But Chile had written to FI.F.A  to say that he Ecuador footballer Bryon Castillo is  not at all a Ecuadorian, but his birth certificate says he was  born in a small town in Columbia, and because of tjs Ecuador should be expelled a, ad Chile should take its place. F.I.F.A after looking through he records ave now decided that he is from Ecuador and not Columbia 

 So it is Chile who ill miss this years world cup.
