JAVIER TEBAS HAS COMPLAINED TO THE U.E.F.A ABOUT P.S.G AND MANCHESTER CITY BREACHING FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES>

 The president of the Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas , who s also a executive with U.E.F.A .

 He has now written a letter to the president of U.E.F.A  Alexander Ceferin , warning tat P.S.S.G and Manchester City, re clearly breaching financial Fair play rules.

 According to U.E.F.A a club can make a loss of 60, sixty million pounds in three years only.

 But  P.S.G last year had a loss of 197 one hundred and ninety seven million pounds and the previous year the loss was 200 , two hundred million pounds.

 Next year it will be much more as now Lionel Messi and Kylian M.bappe and Neymar are all getting a weekly salary of one million pounds ,before tax.

 And Kylian Mbappe took 120 one hundred ad twenty million pounds for his signing rights..
