JAVIER TEBAS IS THE PREIDENT OF THE ENTIRE SPANISH LA LIGA BUT NOT ONLY ONE CLUB.

 Javier Tebas has been appointed  as te president of the Spanish La Liga., tat means all the clubs i Spain, ad not just  a certain club.

He has hated Barcelona from the start ad is telling them they can not buy Robert Lewandowski...

 Now you must remember that he Javier Tebas , is a employee of U.E.F.A and is a senior executive with U.E.F.A So he s angry with Barcelona and Real Madrid because these two clubs in Spain and Juventus in Italy have take U.E.F.A  to the EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE IN LUXEMBOURG , the case will be decided this year.

 By the way U.E.F.A have not passed the SALARY CAP in their yearly A.G.M, so as it is not a law yet how did Javier Tebas declare a salary cap in te Spanish La Liga.

 This idiot can do whatever he wants ,just because he is a U,E.F.A employee.
