NEW CHELSEA OWNERS HAVE INFORMEDH.M.R.C AND F.A ABOUT SOME TAX ISSUES FROM ROMAN ABROMVICH PERIOOD.

 Now te new Chelsea owners Matt Bohely who bought Chelsea for 4.25 Billion pounds.But a sum of 100 million pounds was withheld in csae of any unforeseen matter does pop up  out of the blue.

 Now a tax issue has popped up,and the new owners have informed M.H.R.C and the F.Aas well.

 And both are looking into the matter now.

Please note this tax problem was from the Roman Abramovich era.
