These clubs are not at all bankrupt as thought. But in Spain they ave a salary cap , and it changes yearly it is like more the clubs spend on layers the lower will be the salary cap.Then like Barcelona they will have to sell players to generate funds and save on wages.
The Spanish club s ca buy players no problem but if they do not meet the salary cap, then the new players will nt be registered by the Spanish La Liga , as a Barcelona player.
Now for this year Barcelona ave a salary cap of 144 one hundred a forty four million pounds. And Real Madrid have a 700 seven hundred million pounds salary cap.
Real Madrid had kept money aside to buy Kylian Mbappe, they spent it on Arulien Tchomuchie.
