 Robert Lewandowski has said he will not be using he article number 17, in the F.I.F.A bye laws.

 So exactly what does article 17 of the bye laws of F.I.F.A say.

 Article 17  says that when a footballer has difficulty leaving a club then he can approach F.I.F.A , and transfer request  must reach F.I.F.A , at least 15, fifteen days before the transfer window closes. It would be ten sent to Court of Administrator for Sports. C.A.S..

 And they will decide on the age, salary and other things to fix a transfer fee.
