Now that the European Super League has gone and filed a case with U.E,F,A ,and it will be heard iat the European Court of Justice. at Luxembourg ,it will be herd on 11/72022 and 12/7/2022.
U.E.F.A say that no club can start anew football league one they are members of U.E.F.A and E.C.A. which is European Club Association.
Back in he year 2017 he International Skating Union , had suspended, banned for life and fined very heavily ,on two Dutch skaters, who were members of the I.S.U..
Th Two Dutch skaters took I.S.U to the European court f justice. in Luxembourg..
The European Commissioner said that the I.S.U.had gone and breached the rules
Tiebreak up skaters wanted to join a South Korea skating association..
The court also said I.S.U had imposed disproportionately sanctions, life bans and heavy fines which we clearly against the values of he European union Anti Trust Rules.
So using this case the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE lawyers can win their case as well.
The court said it with I.S.U was a monopoly same as U.E.F.A it to is a monopoly.
