CHELSEA WANT TOP BUY PRESNAL KIMPEBKE from FRENCH CLUB P.S.G.

 But P.S.G have gone and valued him at 50, fifty million Euros or 42 million pounds plus another ten million pounds as add ons as well.

 While the talks here are at a very early stage ,but he will be far cheaper then Jules Kounde as Seville wanted 72 , seventy two million pounds.
