CHELSEA ARE FINDING IT VERY HARD TO CLEAR OUT HE OUTCASTS TO GENERATE MONEY.

 Chelsea are finding it very hard indeed to sell some of heir players who are not at all fitting into the plan of their new owner or German managers.
