According to THE DAILY MAIL, Monchi the sporting Director at Seville, has now come out and said exactly how Barcelona did manage to steal Jules kounde from right under the noses of Chelsea.
Chelsea was in talks with Seville for over a year, and in the beginning, Saville were asking 70, seventy million pounds a that was his buyout clause. And later only did Barcellona enter the picture.
Now Chelsea was very keen to buy Jules Kounde and then Barcelona entered the picture, but Monchi says Chelsea cooled their interest in Jules Kounde and may be Chelsea thought that Barcelona , were having big financial problem, and would not make a serious bid. But all te time Xavi was in talks with Jules kounde , but Barcelona did make a better bi then Chelsea.
Chelsea are upset and angry with Barcelona ,and blocked sale of players from joining Barcelona, childish behavior.
