People should be aware Barcelona are not at all Bankrupt as many think.It is the salary cap that is causing all these problems.
Since the year 2013 in the Spanish La Liga have had a salary cap on their clubs., but sadly this is only applied in Spain and not all clubs which number 640 in the EUROPEAN CLUB ASSOCIATION, under UE.F.A rules. I find it odd and funny.Now each year te figures for the salary cap changes from club to club,for example Barcelona ave a salary cap this year of 144 one hundred million pounds only..
It is decided on the debt of a club , the amount spent on buying players and how much was got from sale of players.
So players who have been there for say from 2016 have far higher wages.which will hurt the club.
The Spanish La Liga will not register the new player unlss the club have trimmed their salary to the new salary cap.
