THE LAWYER FOR U.E,F,A HAS CALLED THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE TEXT BOOOK CARTEL.

 The judge Manuel Louis De Lara of the commercial court in Madrid, had sent a ref areal  to European court of justice in Luxembourg , as he said tat the verdict would then apply to whole of Europe not only in  Spain.

So the date for the hearing was set for 111/12/7/2022.. So on the 117/2022    The E.L.S lawyer Miguel Odriozola  said U.E.F.A for many decades  ruled the European clubs all 640 six hundred and forty  clubs  all over Europe, with a iron fist, not allowing any competition   it was a real monopoly by both U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A.

 Now the lawyer for U.E.F.A Donald Slater said,before the 15 judges the E.C.O J. that he E/S.L was a text book of a cartel , F.I.F.A, La Liga, and The opening submission was made in front of 21 European members.and the European commissioner .

 the judge will be asking questions on 12/7/2022.The advocate General is from Greece , name is Athanasios Rantos.

 A final decision is not expected soon it could come at the end of the year or early next year.The judges please remember the  whole world is watching them closely.
