The question I ask here is why a SALARY CAP is there only in Spain with the Spanish La Liga since 2013?
after all, Europea football is controlled by the U.E.F.A, with its headquarters in Switzerland.
Now this year U.E.F.A in their yearly A.G.M., by the way there are a total of 640 six hundred and forty clubs in the E.C.A EUROPEAN CLUB ASSOCIATION, and its president is Naseer Al Khelafi the resident of the P.S.G club.
The salary cap was discussed at the A.G.M, And it was then decided not to introduce it to the E.C.A clubs.
So it should apply to all clubs not just the Spanish La Liga, it is unfair for Spanish clubs.
The problem would be once it is in place then no clubs coud buy or sell players as all clubs first will have to trim wages.
