Now both Chelsea and Manchester City were keen to by Marc Cucerala from Brighton. Brighton was asking a sum of 50, fifty million pounds for the defender and Manchester City were very correct in not agreeing to this sum of transfer fee.
But now Chelsea have gone and agreed personal terms with the defender, now both clubs need to agree to a transfer fee.
