Chelsea have gone and made it very clear that they would surly block any move made by their American player Christian Pulisic, of moving from Chelsea to Manchester United.
The reason given by Chelsea was that the club are not willing to sell him to a rival club, even if it is aloan or outright sale, but anywhere else in Europe they would be happy to sell him.
