P.S.G HAVE OFFERED CHELSEA ASTRIKER IN NEYMAR, AS CHELSEA DO NOT HAVE STRIKER>

 Now P.S.G have gone and offered their Brazilian striker Neymar to Chelsea, as they say Chelsea do not have a striker now.

 So here there's nothing like helping by Chelsea by offering Neymar.

 Actually P.S.G is being investigated by U.E.F.A, for breaching the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULE.

 So   P.S.G   were trying really hard to go and balance their books. The French club wanted to sell  eleven  players  but managed to sell only  one on a loan, with a must buy clause.

 But Thomas Tuchel will not be keen to buy Neymar, as Neymar was very difficult person to manage during his P.S.G time.

 They are going to sell Neymar as a distress sale and lower salary as well.
