Napoli have now gone and lost their case in court.
The Italian football club Napoli, based in Naples, were selling jerseys with the picture of their club hero the Argentinean legend Diego Maradona on them.
The five children of Diego Maradona filed a case against Napoli, the children said that Napoli , had failed to get their consent before selling the jerseys for 4 00,000, Euros.
The judge said that the money should be given to the children.
