TODD BOHELY FEELS THOMAS TUCHEL DID NOT DO ENOUGH TO CONVINCE JULESKOUNDE AND RAFINHA TO JOIN CHELSEA.

 Now Todd  Bohely  feels very strongly that  te German manager Thomas Tuchel just did not do enough to go and convince both Jules Kounde and Rafinha to join up w.ith Chelsea instead of Barcelona.

 These two were very big misses for Chelsea, s Chelsea were in talks with Jules Kounde and Seville for over a year now.

 And not buying Cristiano Ronaldo both were responsible for his sacking.
