The American businessman Bill Foley, who hails from Las Vegas, has now gone and purchased the English football club Bournemouth for a fee of 150, one hundred and fifty million pounds.
Now the worrying point here for English football that from a total of 20 twenty clubs now playing in the English Premier League, exactly half of them ten clubs are owed directly or indirectly by American businessmen.
This is going to cause sleepless nights to Gary Neville, who just hates these American owners. But sadly no English businessmen are coming forward to buy the English clubs.
WHY MAY I KNOW ?
But the deal is still nit done and dusted, it has to be approved by the English Premier League, but that is a formality.
