F.I.F.A AND U.E.F.A WANTED REVENGE ON BARCELONA AS THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A PENALTY.

 It is absolutely unacceptable on both F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A for their dishonest, disrespectful way that the Champion League referee in the Barcelona and Inter Milan game.

The referee failed to give a legal goal to Pedri, even after Article 12 says that goal should stand.

 He never gave a penalty for the hand clearly touching Denzel Dumfries hand.

Now U.E.F.A says that the referee thought that the ball had it the hand of Ansu Fati instead.
