I WOULD LIKETO ASK F.I.F.A AND U.E.F.A WHY ONLY SPAIN HAVE TO FOLLOWASALARY CAP?

 I would seriously like to as both he presidents of F.I.F.A and of U.E.FA  this one question. When U.E.F.A have decided not to introduce the salary cap, why is the salary cap so vigorously applied in Spain only

I t was rejected at th A.G.M of UE.F.A held in Switzerland. So why did the president of the Spanish La Javier Tebas. Liga introduce it, to  should apply to  all the 640 clubs in the E.C.A European Club Association.

 But that will not be implemented .There will be real big problems as clubs will nt brre able to buy or sell fotbalers.
