LOTHAR MATHAEUS HAS HANDED JERSEY OFDIEGO ARADONA FRO M THE 1986 WORLD CUP.

 After a long period of 36 Thirty-six long years the Argentinean Jersey worn by Diego Maradona at the 1986 world cup final in Mexico.

Lothar Mathaeus who had exchanged jersey number 10  , with Diego Maradona after the world cup.

 Lothar Mattheaus handed that jersey to the A.F.A Argentinean Football Association.

 Lothar Mathaeus said it was a real pity tat Diego Maradona was not there in person to receive Jersey. as he had died in 2020 of a heart attack.

 He also said he had no intention to put up the jersey at a  auction.
