THE NEW LAW ON THE HANDBALL IN ARTCLE 12

  In the 2019 /2022 A.G.M of the I.F.A.B which stands for International Football Association Board.

 So, in their A.G.M it was decided to change the byelaws dealing with handball, and it is now officially changed i Article 12 of the I.F.A.B 

 When is it a handball? A handball is only given when the hand goes forward to touch the ball. In other words, the hand must touch the ball, and not the ball hit the hand.

  So for example, the goal scored by Pedri for Barcelona in the champion league, against Inter Milan, was disallowed as before the goal was scored, the ball had hit the hand of Ansu Fati , and the hand was already up, the hand does not touch the ball. So the goal should have stood. It appears the referee was unaware of the rule change shame on U.E.F.A for appointing ese blind bats as referees.

Wll the president of U.E.F.A Aleksander Ceffrin take actinon and  ban this referee . But thing will happen as the efeee is a employee of U.E.F.A ,and re paid by U.E.F.A.

 So te European SuperLeague must start soon.
