SEPPP BLATTER WAKES UP AFTER TWELVE YEARS OF HIBERNATION TO SAY QATAR WORLD CUP WAS A MISTAKE>.

 Sep Blatter the former president of F.I.F.A has now woken from his hibernation of 12 , twelve long years of pin drop silence.

 He has now come forward to say Qatar was far to small a country ,  to host such a big world cup , it was far too hot a, male dominated, , far too many restrictions, have never qualified fora world cup, never hosted a world cup, have a terrible human rights record.

 And he even hinted that a big arms deal could have got Qatar he world cup in 2022.

 Now according to THE DALY MAIL Michel, Platini and former French president Nicolas Sarkosky , had hatched a plan to sell Qatar 24 Rafal fighter jets and Airbus planes for Qatar Air.costing a total f14.6 billion pounds.
