So the award called SUPER BALLOON d'OR is now a very hot topic. It was given once i 1987 to the Argentinean born Spaniard Alberto De Stefano. At that time only Europeans were eligible for this award ,and it was given to him because as he was a Spanish citizen. He defeated Johan Cruyff and Gerd Muller.
So that was given on the 30th anniversary of the French Magazine that gives the award yearly.
So Lionel Messi s leading Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldo Nazario as well . Wining he world cup and Copa America has helped Lionel Messi.
