Argentina won as they scored the goals required for winning the world cup. Not like England who didn't have a fire in their belly t o put up a real good fight. IT WAS A BREXIT WITH ENGLAND.
If you are talking of rigging and bribing this may shock you how Qatar won the vote to hold the world cup.

In return France got orders fro Qatar for 24 fighters from Raffael and panes for he Qatar Airways. The arms deal was costing 16.4 billion pounds.
F.I.F.A should expel Russia, Qatar and France from F.I.F.A. But they will lack the courage to do it.
F.I.F.A should be dissolved and something new like the European super League should come in its place ,far too much corruption.
