 Now Chelsea have gone and signed up five new footballers in the January transfer window.

Now three of these new players cannot be registered as a Chelsea player. .

 The reason being according to U.E.F.A rules a club can only have17 seven nonhome grown players. .

 Sadly Chelsea have 18 nonhome grown players, so they will have o sell first before buying anyone else.
