Way back in te year 2010 ,the Brazilian striker Neymar was nominated for the balloon d'or shortlist ,Yes was tenth on the shortlist of ten players to have their names on that short list. But it was a very special thing as you see Neymar in 2010, was playing in South America, with the Brazilian club Santos. The rest of the nine players were all playing in Europe.
