P.S.G WILL BE APPEALING THE FAILURE TO SEND THE COTRACT PAPERS ON TIME.

 P.S.G will now be appealing the case against Chelsea.

 According to the DALY MAIL, Chelsea  i their contract with P.S.G for a loan deal with the Moroccan player Hakim Zyech .

 Now it appears that Chelsea had gone and repeatedly sent P.S.G . the wrong papers a few times, so a great deal of valuable time was lost this way and then the transfer window closed.

 Ths is  very embarrassing on the part of Chelsea.
