SO WHAT IS A SALARY CAP IN FOOTBALL?

 In Spain the Spanish La Liga have introduced the Salary cap by the president of the Spanish La Liga Javier   Tebas.

 It works this way they see t debt of a club in Spain, and how much money the club has generated. , and also how much money they have spent. And then the Spanish La Liga will be fixing the salary cap for each club. And it will vary from club-to-club year to year.

 And if they cannot trim their wages, they wil have to sell players.

 And if a club cannot fall into the new salary cap. Ten the club cannot register their new players.

 This system is used in the U.S.A, with their Basketball teams and N.H.L teams. 

 In the U.S.A if a club has broken the salary cap  by say one million Dollars, then the club will have to pay a fine of one million dollars. The money goes into a common basket, and at he end of the season the money got from fines is devided equally with all the clubs.
