THE SALARY CAP WAS NOT APPROVED AT THE U.E..F.A A.G.M . SO HOWWAS IT INTRODUCED IN SPAIN?

 Now at the U.E.F.A  A,G.M  in the Agenda forte A,G.M with the   E.C.A European Club Association, the point of the Salary cap was listed on the agenda, and it was discussed., at that A, G.M.

 But it was not approved and passed at that A.G.M.

 So how is it introduced to the Spanish La Liga, by the president of the Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas?

 It was rejected  mainly because of is sticky point, mind you there are atotal of 640, six hundred and forty clubs i Europe under U.E.F.A and the E.C.A.

 So if the salary cap was introduced then not a single club would not be able to buy a player or sell a player even.

 We can see the chaos in the Spanish La Liga There has not been big sales or buying Galactico's by Real Madrid.

 Was it introduced in Spain to harass Real Madrid and Barcelona?
