BIRMINGHAM CITY COULD FACE ACTION FROM THE E,F.L. FOR BREACHING RULES.

Now Birmingham City  have been reported for breeching the  E,F,L rules. 

 It now appeasers  that the club Birmingham City was put up for sale and the former Barcelona player Maxi Lopes and a club fan Paul Robinson wanted to buy out Birmingham City But these two failed the test with the E.F.L buying rules.

 Now it looks like these two Maxi Lopes and Paul Robinson, were funding the club Birmingham City. Without really buying it., and transferring e owners to these two people.

 Now Birmingham City will get six points deduced.
