COULD JAVIER TEBAS EXPLAIN HOW SPAIN HAV A SALARY CAP< WHEN I WAS REECTED AT THE A.G.M OF U.E.F.A.

 Could Javier Tebas  , who is the president of the Spanish La Liga ,explain  to the  world of football, who he has put a salary cap in  Spain  with all Spanish clubs , when the U.E.F.A and the E.C.A , had gone and ejected of introducing  the salary cap  in the A.G.M of U.E.F.A ad the E.C.A.

 So legally speaking  this salary cap is illegal, as it  was never supported and approved by the U.E.F.A, and  European football is controlled by U.E.F.A, why is te salary cap then not applied to all the 640 clubs in the E.C.A European  Club 

The world wants to know? Why U.E.F.A are quiet?
