NOW BOTH MANCHESTER CITY AND ARSENAL ARE FINED FOR PLAYERS SURROUNDING THE REFEREE.

 Now both Arsenal and Manchester City have ben fined. for failing to control their players on the pitch.

 Manchester City were fined a sum of 75000.pounds and Arsenal were fined. 65,000 pounds .

 But Arsenal were fined another 20,000 pounds  as they were repeated offenders here.

 They had done this surrounding the referees in the match with Nottingham Forest.

 But here we must not forget that the standard of refereeing in England is plain SH=t. and P.G.M,O.l play a big part in this mess.

 The problem was the referee overturned a penalty after V.A.R.

As usual the referees get away Scott free , as the  are employed by the English F. A .and are paid by the F.A.

 The day will never come when a referee is fined and banned. sadly English referee standard will always be S---t.
