PEP GUARDIOLA SAYS MANCHESTER CITY ARE INOCENT AND WERE NOT FOUND GUILTY BY C.A.S.

 Now back in the year 2020 F.I.F.A had  found Mancheser City guilty of breaching F..F,P.R. and were given  ta punishment of missing two years of champion leagues.  abd were fined with 32 thirty-two million pounds, But the case was overthrown in C.A.S on a time frame clause  which was not at all right. 

A a fraud can be discovered after twenty years so will the fraudster be declared innocent?

For fraud there can be no time frame ,

 And please note C.A.S never said that Manchester City were innocent in any way.
