SO HOW DID THE MANCHESER CITY SCANDAL COME IN THE OPEN.

 Now people may be wondering how. the scandal of Manchester United, came out in the open..

 It was a hacker from Portugal called Rui Pinto, who hacked into accounts of football clubs, players and also agents.

 He then put it out on Manchester City, the German paper Spiegel , took over and published it.

 U.E.F.A then awoke from their slumber , and took action, it took four long years.  , to finish the details.

 Put  the fraud charges were over turned by C.A.S , because it broke time frame rules.

 But this not correct by C.A.S as a Fraud case can come to light after twenty years  even so it does not allow the culprit to escape arrest.
