THE EMIR OF QATAR WANTS TO BUY MANCHESTER UNITED ,AND HE WANTS IT FULLY, NOT PART OR STAKE IN IT.

 Now the Emir of Qatar, the ruler has come forward to say  that he is interested in entirely buying of Manchester United. he does not want to buy it buying having certain percentage in the club.

 He happens to be the owner of he French club P.S.G. 

 And U.E.F.A rules say a owner of two clubs cannot buy  a club that will clash with each other in say the Champion league, and the Europa Leage, the old U.E.F.A cup.

 And will the WHITE PAPER to be released this month affect this deal.
