THERE WAS A THIRD BID FROM A HEDGE FUND CALLED ELLIOT, ITT CAME IN VERY LATE.

 It ais a U.S.A bases Hedge Fund called THE ELLIOT . They were the owners of A.C. Milan once upon a time. Elliot have gone and made it very clear that they do not want to buy the entire club, they want to own a stake with Manchester United.
