CAN U.E.F.A EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS A SALARY CAP ONLY IN SPAIN?

Now it would be very nice if the president of U.E.F.A Alexander Cefferin , can explain to us why there is a salary cap only in  Spain and not in Europe or with he E.C.A   European Club Association.

 And if it is not  approved and passed in the minutes  of he A.G.M of U.E.F.A   it cannot be introduced as law.

 We all know that the president of the Spanish La Liga Javier Tebas ,is a employ of U.E.F.A he is a executive with U.E.F.A. as  well.

And his hatred for Barcelona is very clear it over the EUROAN SUPER LEAGUE. 

The salary cap has killed the Spanish La Liga.
