NOW THERE WILL BE NEW RULES FOR PENALTIES FROM 1/6/2023.

 Now there will be new rules for taking penalties ,like the goalkeeper cannot touch the goal pasts or the poss, he cannot distract he penalty striker. All the rules are in Favor of the penalty taker. And I feel it was nt needed as it came  into law after the finals of he world cup 2023. There were far to many new rules, and they were not needed.

 Now will penalty takers be allowed to distract he goalkeeper by dancing and doing funny footwork, will one player run and hop over the ball and let another player take the penalty?

 Se then stop all.  dirty mind games from managers and players before any games.

 Ths will be very unfair to te goalkeeper ;s team

 Just imagine F.I.F.A had to change these  rules just because of one goalkeeper Emilano Martinez of Argentinaagainst France.

but here his anger towards Kylian Mbabbe was because he said South American footballters are nit so good as European countries.
