He has big plans for Manchester United like he and the Chairman of P.S.G Naseer Al Khelaifi..
Both who want to buy several clubs, Qatar Sports Investments bought clubs like F.C.Bragga Portugal, Melbourne City Australia, Bombay City, and new the want to buy Manchester United.
Their plan is to make it a feeder club, send the good and talented players to F. C .Bragga.To go and develop their football.
But why is P.S.G so keen on all this so clearly the money for the club belongs to te Emir and net the Qatari sheikh.
And thus should not be allowed by the English Premier League . As it will become a state owned club , like Manchester City.
