SO LEGALLY SPEAKING THE SALARY CAP PUT IN SPAIN IS ILLEGAL AS U.E.F.A HAVE NOT INTODUCED THE SALARY CAP>

 So now legally speaking the salary cap put in place in he La Liga by the president of the La Liga Javier Tebas is illegal , as the U.E.F.A and the E,C. A who have a total of 640 football clubs in Europe have not yet introduced it 

 And this salary cap has killed the Spanish La Liga clubs are in a terrible position. And no big footballer will be able to join a Spanish club in the La Liga because of the Salary cap.

 Now U.E.F.A are going to  decide next month at a meeting whether to introduce te salary cap or not.

 Now let me remind you U.E.F.A failed to introduce the Salary cap  and the luxury tax in their A.G.M in Switzerland in the year 2021.
