THE REFERE FOR THE CHAMPION LEAGUE IS APPOINTED BY THE REFERE COMMITTEEONLY AND NOT BY CLUBS>

 Now the referee for the champion league is always chosen by U.E.F.A , from teir qualified referees from F.I.F.A and their Referee Committee choose the referee s , the two linesmen and the fourth referee to show the board and is also a spare referee ,incase a referee is suddenly taken ill with cramps or muscle catches.

 So clubs do not have a say in the choice of a referee.

 Here the referee for the Chelsea and Barcelona match was appointed by U.E.F.A and i the refereeing was bad  and very wrong then blame U.E.F.A not Barcelona.

 This same method may be used by clubs in Spain's La Liga as well. 

 SO BARCELONA CANNOT PAY BRIBES TO TE EFEREES AS U.E.F.A CHOOSE THEM, NOT BARCELONA
