U.E.F.A AND F.I.F.A REFUSE TO RECONIZE THE EUROPEA SUPRER LEAGUE BUT WHAT DID THE SPANISH COURT SAY?

  It is sad fact that both F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A are not at all willing to recognize the existence of THE EUROPEAN SUPR LEAGUE.

But the Court in Madrid   had another view and told  U.E.F.A   and F.I.F.A in their ruling head on 30/3/2023. That not allowing the European Super League   to e introduced was wrong on the two U.E.F.A and F.I.F. A , the ort also did not agree that the European Super League should be dissolved. It warned he two parties you are having a monopoly in football, and not letting other   types of football being introduced. This is clearly misuse of power. close to bullying.

 Now the final judgement wil waited on for later in the year when the EUROPEA N COURT F JUSTICE, Luxemburg  will give t he is ruling. That will have to be abide by all parties.

 BUT THUS WAS A BIG WIN FOR HE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE. 

 The court also warned. that.U.E.F.A cannot fine he 12 twelve clubs 100,one hundred million  eEuros.
