Now the President of U.E.F.A Aleksander Cefferein, has said in Lisbon Portugal, that U.E.F.A would withdraw all court cases filed against the European Super League...
He said this notecase of any change of heart to the European Super League. He withdrew. the case only after the Curtin Madrid, gave the ruling of that case in Favour of the European Super League. U.E.F.A have lost this case in the court in Madrid..
And the main case is being heard in the European Court Of Justice, Luxembourg , which will be out in a few months' time, once at is out we will know if the European Super League can be introduced in Europe.
That ruling will be binding for all of Europe.
But I doubt if U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A will abide with that ruling if it goes against them.
Both U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A are saying their both headquarters are in Switzerland ,which is nt a European Union member.
