Now the president of the Spanish LaLiga Javier Tebas, has come out to say that the Sanisha La Liga , can really stamp out racial abuse in six months' time .
The problem in Spain is that. clubs and the La Liga can only complain but cannot fine and apply sanctions and charge fines.
Actually te la Liga should be given more power here.
Muy idea here is fans of clubs that racially abuse players should be fined one million pounds each time and have tree points deducted m, and will have to play five matches behind closed doors.
Thus loss of money will make the fans come to their senses.
Clubs should just walk out if racially abused.
